Experienced Residential Roofing Sales Representative (W2) – Nashville, TN
Start Date: As early as 8 June 2026
RoofServ is a fully licensed and insured residential and commercial re-roofing contractor bringing our success from Atlanta (1,000+ roofs installed annually) to the greater Nashville market. We’re looking for driven sales professionals who want to build a career with market-leading commissions, sales support and full benefits.

What You’ll Do:
- Generate and manage your own pipeline through cold outreach, networking, and referrals, supported by company leads.
- Conduct roof inspections and present professional proposals to homeowners.
- Educate customers on products, installation processes, warranties, and insurance claim support.
- Close deals and work with our production team for fulfilment.
- Represent our brand with integrity and professionalism in the Charleston market.
What We’re Looking For:
- Roofing sales experience required
- Roofing installation experience a plus, but not required.
- Grit, hunger, and a true “eat what you kill” mentality.
- A customer-first mentality at all times - we serve our neighbors.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, clean-cut, disciplined, and coachable.
- Valid driver’s license and serviceable pickup truck.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Commission-Only (W2) with top earners making $200k+ annually.
